3 weeks agoFirst time trying food from the Philippines. The man behind the counter was very kind and gave great suggestions. I tried the dish with squid and although I was a little nervous at first, the taste and texture were phenomenal! Very happy with my purchase and if I’m ever back in the area, I will be sure to come back.

7 months agoThis place is a blast to the past! A little mom and pop shop in the truest sense. The food was absolutely delicious! I came thru from VA where the Filipina food does not campare to what I am used to in CA. This was the best Filipino food I have had on the east coast. It’s in a little Filipino grocery store that has all sorts of snacks and groceries. The couple running are just the sweetest of people. I’ll definitely be back.

a year agoPrepared foods only on weekends. Grocery store during the week. Lots of Filipino options. Love the nuts, fruits, cookies and cakes.

2 years agoI hope they strictly monitor their items. Bought couple of snacks and most of em are wasted, one with a hole in the bag that you cannot enjoy anymore due to lack of its crispiness. Too many snacks that are still sold despite being expired. I felt like, I wasted too much on foods that went straight to the trash☹️☹️ If the store is only close to me, will definitely take all the items and receipt back for the store manager to see..

2 years agoSuper cute little store, and the food I got at the food counter was very tasty - some sort of noodle mix with chicken, and a stew type thing that reminded me of beef stew. Chicken skewers were very dry, so I'd pass on that next time.

8 years agoThe workers here are nice, chicken Adobo was tasty... kabobs (or bbq) was good, I had both chicken and pork. Pancit was bland on this day in particular. The store also has other items for sale, seen in my pictures. No real place to sit, and eat. Food sits out all day, uncovered. You can see that it isn't fresh by how dry it is and the juices have developed a coating on the surface, but they WILL cook you something fresh if you call ahead. I would eat here again... but I would definitely call ahead to get it made fresh.

8 years agoFirst time here. Sunday. They close early at 330pm. Got here at 245pm. I am truly amazed by the food! Great choices and excellent tastes!
